Como funciona o consórcio?
O consórcio não é nenhuma novidade, existe desde a década de 1960.
Talvez o que muita gente não saiba, é que ele foi criado no Brasil, e daqui, ganhou outros países.
Quando falamos em consórcio, estamos nos referindo a uma modalidade de compra – formada pela união de pessoas físicas e/ou jurídicas – para adquirir um bem, ou, um serviço.
É como se fosse um autofinanciamento (que vem tornando real o sonho de muita gente), a diferença é que, no consórcio, não há taxas e valores abusivos e aquelas parcelas que a gente perde de vista.
Os integrantes do grupo de consórcio pagam um valor todos os meses, formando, assim, uma poupança comum para a compra do bem, ou, serviço.
E aí, a cada mês (conforme o prazo determinado em contrato) um ou mais consorciados são contemplados com uma carta de crédito – por meio de sorteio ou lance – e adquirem o direito de comprar seu bem, ou, contratar o serviço desejado.
Na Promenac Consórcio, você pode adquirir bens móveis, como carros e motos, fazer aquela planejada reforma na casa, tornar real a viagem dos sonhos, o intercâmbio, a festa de casamento, ou até mesmo, fazer cirurgia plástica e tratamentos ortodônticos.
Sobre a adesão ao plano
Quando assina o contato com a administradora do consórcio, você escolhe o plano que atende melhor as suas necessidades.
É na assinatura do contrato que serão definidos o número de parcelas, o custo mensal das parcelas do consórcio e o valor total da carta de crédito.
Também na assinatura do contrato, você recebe um número que será a sua “identidade” durante todas as assembleias.
Assembleias e sorteios
Para realizar a primeira assembleia do consórcio, a administradora precisa ter o número mínimo de adesões, daí em diante, as reuniões ocorrem todos os meses.
Existem duas maneiras de você ser contemplado na assembleia: a partir de sorteio ou de lance.
Independente disso, saiba que até o fim do contrato, todos os consorciados do grupo vão receber a carta de crédito.
No sorteio, todos os participantes têm a mesma probabilidade de contemplação.
E esses sorteios acontecem nas assembleias gerais ordinárias conforme as regras do contrato.
Lances
Quem não quiser depender somente da sorte tem a opção dos lances, que podem ser livres, fixos ou embutidos.
No lance livre, o participante do consórcio pode escolher o valor que deseja ofertar, enquanto no fixo, é a administradora de consórcio quem estabelece o valor em contrato.
Já no lance embutido, você dá como lance parte do valor da carta de crédito na qual você tem direito.
O limite do lance embutido é de até 20% do valor total da sua carta de crédito e você abre mão de parte do valor da carta que tem direito.
Exemplo: supondo que a sua carta de crédito seja de R$ 100 mil e você ofereça 20% de lance embutido. Se o maior lance em percentual for o seu, você recebe a carta de crédito no valor de R$ 80 mil e não mais de R$ 100 mil.
Os lances funcionam como leilões, onde aqueles que oferecem o maior valor percentual em relação a sua carta de crédito levam o bem.
Na Promenac Consórcio, você tem ainda a opção de dar o seu carro ou moto como lance, mediante avaliação prévia.
Neste caso, você só entrega o bem oferecido na retirada da carta de crédito.
Importante: Se o seu lance não for o vencedor, não é preciso efetuar o pagamento oferecido. O pagamento do lance só ocorre caso a oferta seja a vencedora da assembleia.
Fui contemplado, e agora?
Chegou o grande momento, aquele em que o consorciado é contemplado e passa a ter o direito de usar a carta de crédito para fazer a sua compra.
Assim que o cliente é contemplado, a administradora tem até 24 horas úteis para entrar em contato avisando sobre a contemplação.
Caso o consorciado tenha sido contemplado por meio de lance, um boleto será gerado no valor do lance para que ele efetive o pagamento e possa ter direito a receber a sua carta de crédito.
Com a carta de crédito, você pode escolher o bem, ou, serviço que deseja adquirir, desde que esteja dentro da categoria do seu grupo.
O crédito vale como dinheiro à vista, sendo assim, o contemplado tem maior poder de negociação no momento da compra.
Você vai comprar o bem à vista e continuar pagando as prestações previstas no contrato do consórcio, simples assim.
Procure uma administradora de confiança
O sucesso do seu consórcio, e por consequência, da realização do seu sonho, depende muito da administradora que você vai escolher.
Antes de assinar o contrato, pesquisa sobre a administradora.
O primeiro passo é saber se ela é autorizada pelo Banco Central para exercer tal função.
É o Banco Central que fiscaliza e autoriza a atividade no setor de consórcios.
Depois, vale aquela velha e certeira pesquisa de boca a boca.
Procure se informar com clientes antigos e atuais da administradora sobre seu nível de qualidade e de confiança no atendimento.
